Shipping Process
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship locally within South Africa via Aramex, and internationally via DHL.

Once your package is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include both handling and packing costs as well as the shipping fees. While handling fees are fixed, transport fees are calculated based on the total weight of your shipment. To minimize costs, we recommend consolidating all items into a single order, as separate orders will incur individual shipping fees.

Packaging & Handling
Your package is handled with care, ensuring that even fragile items are well-protected. We use appropriately sized boxes to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
